This morning we bring you a new can coming from Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY. This is Idyll Days Pilsner and it will be an unfiltered Belgian-style lager brewed with floor-malted barley and fermented with a “special” Belgian yeast. The beer will clock in at 5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned here for release timing.
