This morning we get to see what appears to be the new 2018 bottle packaging for La Folie from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO. This foeder-aged sour brown ale is “America’s pioneering sour ale” and it will remain at 7%-AbV. Loosely translated to “Eccentric Madness",” La Folie is matured for several years in “giant” foeders that contain the oldest continuous souring culture in America. This beer will be packaged in 375ml bottles and stay tuned for more info and packaging.
