Virtually everyone who works at Modern Times played a role in making these puppies happen, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They took an enormous amount of effort, risk, and patience from our entire team, but the pay off-is better than I ever could have imagined. These beers are remarkable, and I’ve never been more pleased to put our name on something.
Every bottle contains live cultures & they are beautifully bottle-conditioned. Pitch the dregs into your own sour homebrews!
