We brought you an early peek at this beer, and now the release info from Jolly Pumpkin:
This week we are releasing the newest beer in our Bam Series, Bamarillo.
Bamarillo is a 4.5% oak aged farmhouse ale with pineapple. We used the same malt base as Bam Bière but replaced half the normal amounts of Cascade and Crystal hops with Amarillo. We also added pineapple puree to Bamarillo during it’s time in oak, where it was aged for 4 months.
Bamarillo will be available at all Jolly Pumpkin locations and throughout our distribution network.
