Prior to our annual company party, we thought it’d be a good idea to ask employees what Founders means to them. The answers were spread across a pretty wide spectrum, ranging from “opportunity” to “shifties and camaraderie” with a few exercises in alliteration thrown in too. The number one answer, though?
