Now on tap and soon to be in your glass is our latest Brewhouse Rarities release, an India Pale Lager.
Brewed with Citra and Galaxy hops and fermented with a lager yeast strain, this hybrid style combines huge tropical fruit hop bitterness (typical in our favorite IPAs) with a crisp and clean lager finish.
For those of you who want specifics:
- ABV: 6.3%
- 60 IBU
- Specialty Malts: Wheat, Munich, Caramel
- Hops: Citra and Galaxy
- Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Juicy fruit aroma
- Appearance: Golden with a bright white head
- Flavor: Big tropical fruit bitterness up front that quickly fades into crisp dryness
- Mouthfeel: Crisp and clean
