Our new Destination Brewery in Minneapolis finally has actual brewing equipment! Todd Haug, our Director of Brewing Operations, shared details about the six 600 barrel fermenters and brewhouse fixtures we had installed, and exactly how much beer we’ll be able to produce with the new brewery. It won’t be long until there’s more beer brewing. A lot more beer.
