Here’s your first look at a new beer coming to bottles (and kegs) from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is Saison Poivre 2016 and it is a farmhouse ale that uses Belgian yeast as well as green, white, black and pink peppercorns. The packaging also says this beer contains tree nut and wheat so stay tuned for more info. This is a 22oz bottle and the beer will hit 7%-AbV.
