A fresh wave of sweet‑meets‑tart releases are on the horizon from DuClaw Brewing, now operating out of Ewing, New Jersey, as the brewery expands both its PastryArchy and Sour Me series with three new 2026 offerings. These upcoming beers showcase DuClaw’s continued commitment to bold flavors, dessert‑inspired stouts, and fruit‑driven sour ales that have become staples of the brewery’s lineup.

PastryArchy Pistachio Chocolate leads the charge as a lactose‑enhanced imperial stout brewed with cocoa powder, natural flavor, and a rich pistachio‑chocolate profile. This decadent stout will land at 7.5% ABV, offering a smooth, dessert‑like experience that fits squarely within the PastryArchy tradition of indulgent, adjunct‑forward dark beers.

Joining it are two new entries in the Sour Me series.

Sour Me Tangerine Lime is a sour ale brewed with tangerine and key lime purée, delivering bright citrus acidity and a refreshing tropical punch at 5.5% ABV.

Sour Me Plum brings a deeper fruit character, crafted as a sour ale brewed with plum purée, also finishing at 5.5% ABV with a balance of tartness and soft stone‑fruit sweetness.

All three beers will be packaged in 16‑oz cans, aligning with DuClaw’s modern sour‑and‑stout presentation and making these releases ideal for fans of bold, fruit‑forward, and pastry‑inspired craft beer.

As DuClaw Brewing continues to evolve its portfolio from its new base in New Jersey, these additions to the PastryArchy and Sour Me series are shaping up to be standout 2026 craft beer releases. Full series release details, tasting notes, and distribution information will follow soon.

Label Text DuClaw Brewing The PastryArchy Pistachio Chocolate:

“We’ve removed the shell for you. Rich pistachio flavor meets velvety chocolate for when you’re craving something a little more on the savory side. An after-dinner dessert drink that’s indulgent, but effortless in every sip. No real pistachios were used in the making of this beer.”2026 DuClaw Sour Me Tangerine Plum 16-oz Cans

Label Text DuClaw Brewing Sour Me Tangerine Lime:

“A Sour Ale for people who never say no to fun. We’re letting the citrus speak for itself: vibrant, loud flavors that bring the energy. Ripe tangerines collide with a burst of lime for a refreshing punch. We’re squeezing every ounce from these two tangy fruits for a bold sip!”2026 DuClaw Sour Me Plum 16-oz Cans

Label Text DuClaw Brewing Sour Me Plum:

“It’s plum – you’re either in or you’re out. This Sour Ale has layers of plum skin, flesh and acidity that start just like a stone fruit should be. Rounded out with slight floral notes that are distinctively plum – making this beer effortlessly balanced.”
