With our friends from Washington, D.C.’s Gouter, we’ve made an experimental brew called Raw Creation. We used a pared-down version of Midas Touch for the base beer and added a concentrate of one of Gouter’s raw tonics using alkaline water, lemongrass, lemon, cayenne and coconut nectar. It’s available at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats … until it’s gone!
