DENVER, CO  (December 28, 2021) – Today, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row announces the highly anticipated Denver opening on New Year’s Eve. The popular live music restaurant and bar will open at 1946 Market Street in the heart of Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, a mere block from Coors Field. Whiskey Row will feature live music with local artists five days a week, and the area’s top DJ’s will be featured Thursday through Sunday.

The 22,000-square-foot finished location is comprised of two existing buildings that have undergone major renovations, including a 6,000-square-foot addition. In addition to the southern-inspired food and culinary cocktails, guests will notice a state-of-the-art sound system using tour-grade components, a stage for live music with a 65-foot immersive LED wall, and a large outdoor patio with lawn games.

“I spend a lot of time in Colorado, so it was definitely the most fitting next spot for Whiskey Row,” said Bentley of the opening of his fifth Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. “The neighborhood is a great vibe for experiencing Denver whether you’re a local or a tourist, and I can’t wait until I get to be back out there and have a cold one in the Mile High City at my very own place.”

The project is part of a joint venture between Monfort Companies, Iconic Investments, and Riot Hospitality Group. Additional groups collaborating on Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row include Alpine Bank, Circle West Architects, and Jaco General Contractor, Inc.

"We are extremely proud to be opening this exciting venue in Denver,” said Ryan Hibbert, CEO Riot Hospitality Group. “Having partners like Monfort Companies and Iconic Investments has made this an incredibly strong project. We are looking forward to becoming woven into the fabric of the Denver lifestyle and becoming great neighbors in the LoDo District.”

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row will open officially to the public on Friday, December 31st, during its grand opening New Year’s Eve party. The party will begin at 9 p.m. (first come, first served) and feature music entertainment from Nashville-based musician Stephen Paul and his band (@stephenpaulmusic) from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. and long-standing Whiskey Row DJ Christopher Gray (@DeejayDiesel) from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row will be adhering to local restaurant & event COVID-19 guidelines including checking vaccination status at the door to ensure the safety of its valued guests and staff. For guaranteed entrance, guests can reserve a VIP table at www.dierkswhiskeyrow.com/denver.

Whiskey Row’s culinary program is being led by Dustin Cooke, culinary director for Riot Hospitality Group. The menu will feature signature cocktails such as Rye Oh My! made with Templeton rye whiskey, Ancho Reyes, fresh lemon, and a dash of apricot liquor topped with a splash of ginger beer; Tequila Mockingbird with Exotico Blanco tequila, fresh strawberry syrup, a squeeze of lime and grapefruit topped with sparkling rosé; and Little Heartbreaker with High West Oat vodka, responsibly sourced peach liqueur, fresh lemon and a hint of almond finished with a dash of bitters. Exclusive to the restaurant’s food menu will be pork belly nachos, artichoke and andouille toast, bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, peanut butter whiskey salmon, and show-stopping burgers, among other signature dishes.

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row will be continuing the grand opening celebrations on New Year’s Day with a Badass Brunch Party from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The brunch party will feature high energy DJ’s, signature Whiskey Row brunch items such as Dierks’ Potato Hash made with bacon, breakfast potatoes, roasted peppers, sweet jalapeños, maple sour cream, cheddar, and sunny eggs; Boysenberry Stack – classic pancakes with honey butter whip, toasted almond, and boysenberry syrup; DB’s Avocado Toast with avocado smash, maple chili, pickled onion, corn, goat cheese, white balsamic, and spring mix; and Champagne bottle service packages.

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row hours of operation following the grand opening will be Monday (Closed), Tuesday and Wednesday (3 p.m. – 10 p.m.), Thursday (3 p.m. – 2 a.m.), Friday (11 a.m. – 2 a.m.), Saturday (10 a.m. – 2 a.m.) and Sunday (10 a.m. – 1 a.m.).
