Carolina Bauernhaus July Prince Coming 10/19From Carolina Bauernhaus:

July Prince is our barrel fermented and aged golden ale brewed with regional rye in Chardonnay barrels with our house blend of native yeast and bacteria provided by SouthYeast Labs. After aging this rustic refined ale for over seven months in the barrels, we blended in hundreds of pounds of fresh, locally sourced July Prince peaches along with just a touch of Brettanomyces. We crowned this peachy prince with a blend of Aramis & Hull Melon hops as a spicy accent to the explosively juicy tart peach notes.
July Prince will be released in 500ml bottles during The Peachening on Thursday, October 19 starting at 4PM
