Inspired by the tart flavors of a lemon meringue pie in the same vein as fan favorites like Meringue My Bell, this oak barrel-aged sour ale was treated with milk sugar, lemon zest, lemons, and vanilla to mimic the creamy filling, and graham cracker flavor for the perfect crust.
