Braxton Brewing Summertrip Release and Trip Series AnnouncementFrom Braxton:

As the calendar turns to Spring, Braxton Brewing Company is excited to be releasing a warm weather favorite and announcing a year-round project. The Covington brewery’s most popular seasonal, Summertrip Passion Fruit Berliner Weisse, is returning to cans in March as part of a new “Trip Series” that will highlight the Berliner Weisse style throughout the year in the brewing company’s portfolio.

“Last year, we couldn’t brew enough of this beer,” said Evan Rouse, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Braxton Brewing Company. “Our brewing team has had fun scaling this project up and we can’t wait to expand our Berliner Weisse lineup into two new cans later in the year.”

JOIN THE TAPPING PARTY & CAN RELEASE

Summertrip is being released in cans and on draft on March 2nd in the brewery’s Covington taproom. It will be distributed throughout the company’s distribution network shortly thereafter. The Passion Fruit Berliner Weisse’s production has been scaled up to hit shelves in early spring and last throughout the entire Summer season. At the end of Summer, the brewery will introduce the next beer in the Trip Series for the Fall and early Winter. In 2019, the brewery will roll out the third beer in the Trip Series for the late Winter and early Spring. After all, good things come in threes!

Braxton Brewing Co. was born in the garage on Braxton Drive in Union, Kentucky. While the Rouse family was homebrewing out of that garage, they found every excuse to celebrate those long summer days with family and friends. This 4.2% Berliner Weisse is bright and crisp. Bursting with Passion Fruit aroma and flavors, Summertrip is a lively beer brewed to let loose and live up those days that never seemed to end. Summer isn’t a season, it’s a state of mind.

“This beer is one that our team absolutely loves. Whether we’re going to the pool, to a concert, a cookout or just spending time with family and friends, Summertrip is always a part of that,” said Jake Rouse, Braxton Brewing Company Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “We’re so excited to extend its availability and create two more Berliner Weisse favorites for all of our fans!”

Join the release of Summertrip on draft and in cans here.

At Braxton Brewing Company’s three year anniversary, Summertrip will be featured alongside Braxton Labs’ Pear & Kiwi Berliner Weisses. Sample the two new offerings, vote for your favorite and you could help determine the next beer in Braxton’s Trip Series.
