This morning I have an exciting new beer coming soon from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, California. This is Krieky Koelschip and it will be a spontaneously fermented wild ale with cherries that will clock in at 6.3%-AbV. Look for Firestone Walker Barrelworks Krieky Koelschip to be packaged in these 12.7oz bottles and stay tuned to this post for release details.

The first brewery was located on a family vineyard in Los Olivos, California.
