Atlanta’s Second Self Announces Partnership with Atlanta Brewing Company

Second Self Beer Co. – the Atlanta craft beverage incubator behind beers like Thai Wheat and Game Night IPA, and brands like Rudi’s Hard Seltzer and CBD-infused sparkling water Cirrus – announces a new partnership with Atlanta Brewing Company, Georgia’s oldest craft brewery.

With the partnership, Second Self has begun contract brewing Atlanta Brewing Co.’s entire line-up of famed brews, including production and distribution. Standouts include their flagship IPA Hoplanta and favorites Lager on my Mind, Atlanta Amber and Hartsfield Hazy IPA, plus the special Aquarium Series which benefits Georgia Aquarium’s research and conservation efforts around the world. Atlanta Brewing Company was founded in 1993 when there were only 200 or so microbreweries throughout the country. With 29 years in Atlanta, it is proud to be the oldest craft brewery in the state, pouring innovative, award-winning beers. Originally located in a converted brick warehouse along Williams Street in downtown Atlanta, the brewery boasts several award-winning beers and recently became the first brewery in Georgia to introduce recyclable six-pack ringers. The brewery will be closing their Upper Westside taproom and brewery on Defoor Hills Road on July 3 with plans to relocate further into the city of Atlanta by the end of 2022.
