Elysian Adding Docinho Grape SaisonThis morning I have a fresh new saison coming soon from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA.

This is Docinho and it will be a grape saison that will be fermented with Touriuga grapes. The beer will hit 8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. Stay tuned for 2023 release details.   zzubreebym
