Today I have your first peek at a new collaboration beer coming from Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY.
This is Neon Tides IPA and it will be a collaboration with Old Harbor Brewery in Puerto Rico. This OMG Series beer will be brewed with Mosaic, Citra, Centennial, Topaz, Simcoe and YQH-1302 hops and it will swim in at 6%-AbV. You’re looking at the 16oz can and the beer will be cold fermented.
