Sometimes we test things before we bring them to market. . .this beer was a scaled down batch of the new Hop Kingdom Imperial IPA to test various hops. This batch didn’t give us as much brightness as we were hoping to have for the final Imperial recipe, so we sent it to the taproom to be enjoyed while we adjusted. Nonetheless, delicious.
