BBIS is Back—And It’s Bigger Than Ever! Our annual release of Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout (BBIS) has returned, and it’s only available at the taprooms—for now. This year’s lineup includes the original smooth and bold OG BBIS, the decadently sweet Drowning in Syrup, and the irresistible Peanut Butter Cup variant. Each one is aged to perfection, delivering rich, complex flavors you won’t want to miss.
These limited-edition brews won’t stick around for long, and the taproom is the only place to snag Drowning In Syrup and Peanut Butter Cup. Later in October, BBIS Original will be making it’s way to select spots around the PNW, but why wait? Come by the taproom and get yours before they’re gone!

Join us Tuesday, October 22nd at Reuben’s Brews-Ballard, along with Ascent Outdoors for GratiTuesday with the Northwest Avalanche Center (NWAC), where a portion of the night’s proceeds will support NWAC’s mission to keep our mountain communities safe. Enjoy an evening filled with great beer, live music from One Night at The Eagles, raffle prizes, a silent auction, avalanche education, and community vibes, all while contributing to a meaningful cause.
