Brews, Besties and FREE Photos

Love is grand, but good beer and even better company? That’s where it’s really at.  Join us at the Ballard Taproom on February 14th for a Galentine’s Day celebration that’s all about celebrating friendship, community, and the brews we adore.

We’ve concocted something special for the occasion: "It’s Berry Complicated." It’s a… well, let’s just say it’s berry, very good. Don’t miss it!

And because every good Galentine’s gathering deserves some memories, we’re offering a sweet deal: buy two pints, and get a FREE professional photo with your besties!  It’s the perfect way to capture the fun and commemorate the occasion.

So ditch the chocolates (or keep ’em, we won’t judge) and head down to Reuben’s for a Galentine’s Day celebration that’s all about good times and great beer.  See you there!

Event Info

It’s Berry Complicated (And Delicious)

Love is in the air… and in our fermenters!  Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we’re releasing a special brew that’s as unique and delightful as your favorite person: "It’s Berry Complicated."

This isn’t your typical dark and brooding stout. Oh no, we’ve flipped the script with a luscious Strawberry White Chocolate Stout. Brewed with Pilsner, Wheat, Oats, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats, and a touch of Honey Malt, this beer is smooth, creamy, and bursting with flavor.  The strawberry notes dance playfully with the rich white chocolate, creating a complex and utterly delicious experience.

"It’s Berry Complicated" is the perfect way to share a special moment with your pal, partner, loved one – or even just yourself!  Grab a pint (or a pack) this Friday, February 14th, at both our Ballard and Fremont Taprooms.  Trust us, it’s a complicated kind of berry good.

It’s Berry Complicated

Straight From The Source

Want the freshest Reuben’s possible?  You’ve come to the right place!  Our Ballard and Fremont Taprooms offer beer to-go straight from the source. That’s right, it’s brewed right here and available for you to take home, ensuring peak flavor and freshness.

Forget about those long-stored bottles and cans. We’re talking about the same delicious beer you enjoy on tap, packaged and ready for you to savor at your convenience.  Plus, with rotating (almost) weekly releases, there’s always something new and exciting to discover.

Stock up on your favorites or try something completely different – the choice is yours! Stop by either our Ballard or Fremont location and experience the difference of beer that’s truly fresh from the source.  It’s the most convenient way to enjoy Reuben’s at home!

Think of it:  behind-the-scenes access, delicious food, and the ultimate slumber party with your crew.  Because we believe the extra effort is worth it when it comes to creating unforgettable experiences (and amazing beer).

Our Fries May Cause Extreme Happiness

Let’s talk about fries. Specifically, our Beer Cheese Fries. These aren’t your average spuds – we’re talking crispy golden perfection smothered in our rich, house-made beer cheese.  And this isn’t just any beer cheese, it’s crafted with our very own Pilsner, giving it that extra layer of Reuben’s magic. (Vegetarian, by the way!)

Now, you could stop there. But why would you? Take things to the next level with a few tasty additions. First up: kimchi from our friends at Firefly Kitchens. Celebrating our co-founder Grace’s Korean heritage, this kimchi adds a tangy, flavorful kick that perfectly complements the creamy beer cheese. And for a little extra heat and crunch, we top it all off with our house-made garlic chili crunch. Trust us, it’s a game-changer.

They pair perfectly with, well, pretty much any beer on our menu.  Come on down and experience the magic for yourself!

Party Like A Brewer

Want to throw a party that’s actually memorable? Skip the boring banquet halls and host your next event at Reuben’s Brews! Our family brewery is the perfect spot for anything from a casual get-together to a full-blown bash.

We’ve got flexible spaces that can handle groups from 50 to 200, so whether you’re planning a small shindig or a massive celebration, we’ve got you covered. Picture this: you and your guests surrounded by the sights and smells of a real working brewery (it’s bready BTW), with rustic oak barrels and gleaming fermentation tanks as your backdrop.  It’s way cooler than your average event space. Plus, with two private venues and dedicated entrances, you’ll have all the privacy you need. And being in the heart of Ballard’s brewery district means easy access and plenty of parking.

Our standard rental gives you four hours of party time, plus setup and teardown, making planning a piece of cake (or should we say, a pint of beer?). Got a wild idea for your event? Let us know! We’re all about making your vision a reality. So ditch the boring venues and party like a brewer at Reuben’s. Contact us today to get the taps flowing!

Carve Out Some Fun

Get ready to hit the slopes (and the brewery!) because this GratiTuesday, we’re teaming up with Momentum Northwest Junior Alpine Ski Club to support their mission of empowering young skiers.  Join us on March 4th for the Seattle Skiers Social! We’ll be donating a portion of our sales to help these athletes reach new heights.  It’s a great opportunity to enjoy your favorite Reuben’s brews, support a fantastic local organization, and maybe even swap some ski stories.  Because, let’s be honest, the extra effort these kids put into their training? Totally worth celebrating.

Want to learn more about the event and how you can contribute?  Check out all the details on our website!

Fresh Drop Fridays

Whether you’re a hop head, a sour lover, or prefer something a little more classic, there’s always something new to discover. Our weekly releases hit the taps (and shelves!) on most Fridays, ready for you to enjoy. Swing by either our Ballard or Fremont Taproom to try the latest creations on draft and grab some to go. And keep an eye out – a lot of our special brews make their way to your favorite bars, restaurants and stores around the PNW!
