Today I have a new brew coming to the Montauk Brewing Ocean Series from Montauk Brewing Company in Montauk, New York, and this one takes the coastal brand in a decidedly darker and sweeter direction. Montauk Salted Caramel Porter is the newest limited-release addition to the Ocean Series, bringing together the familiar character of a porter with the increasingly popular salted caramel flavor profile.

According to the package shown here, Montauk Salted Caramel Porter will be 5.8% ABV and packaged in 16-ounce cans. The label identifies the product as a limited-release malt beverage with natural flavor, making it clear that this is a specialty release rather than another year-round Montauk Brewing offering.

Montauk Salted Caramel Porter Brings a New Flavor to the Ocean Series
