Newburgh Brewing Adding Black Dirt Kölsch

Today, I bring you a new brew coming from Newburgh Brewing in Newburgh, New York. This is Black Dirt Kölsch, and it will be a Kölsch-style ale that will hit a sessionable 5%-ABV. The beer will be packaged in 16-oz cans, and stay tuned for release details.

About Newburgh Brewing:

Newburgh Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Newburgh, New York, founded in 2012 by friends Christopher Basso and Paul Halayko. Housed in a historic, old warehouse, the brewery is known for its wide variety of award-winning craft beers, including year-round and specialty offerings. Brewmaster, Christopher Basso
A graduate of both Boston University and the French Culinary Institute, Christopher began his brewing career at the Brooklyn Brewery. A founding partner/owner of Newburgh Brewing Company, Christopher has created a diverse breadth of offerings from Newburgh Brewing. Since 2012, he has personally brewed or overseen the brewing of over 50 different styles of beer. With a culinary background, Christopher has a keen appreciation for the beautiful pairing of beer and food. He brings that appreciation to each and every recipe.
