About Paperback Brewing:

Paperback Brewing Co. is a Los Angeles-based craft brewery located in Glendale, known for its creative brews, pop culture-inspired can art, and relaxed taproom atmosphere. Founded in 2020 by former colleagues and homebrewers, Chris Cesnek and Brandon Monroe, the brewery draws inspiration from literature and 80s and 90s pop culture. 

Location and atmosphere
Taproom: The brewery’s taproom is housed in a restored 1940s World War II-era airplane hangar.
Seating: It features indoor seating, a mezzanine level, and an outdoor beer garden.

Paperback Brewing
 does not have its own kitchen but regularly partners with food trucks, such as Bun & Blanket, which offers smash burgers and other items. Some customers praise the quality of the food truck offerings. 




History
The company’s journey began with founders Chris Cesnek and Brandon Monroe experimenting with recipes in a garage-based pilot brewery, nicknamed “The Lab”. They launched Paperback Brewing Co. in 2020, with their beer quickly gaining distribution in Southern California, including at Trader Joe’s locations.
