Garage Beer Announces Strategic Growth Investment from Durational Capital Management to Support & Accelerate Expansion

Travis and Jason Kelce and Andy Sauer to remain operators and significant shareholders

Proceeds will be used to invest in marketing, sales force and field resources to expand nationwide footprint and build deeper relationships with distributors, retailers and customers

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 4, 2025 — Garage Beer (the “Company”), the fastest growing, independent beer brand in the U.S., today announced a strategic growth investment from Durational Capital Management, LP (“Durational”). Proceeds from the investment will be used to further invest in Garage Beer’s marketing, sales force and field resources to accelerate the Company’s explosive growth nationwide and deepen relationships with distributors, retailers and customers.

As part of the transaction, Durational will become a large shareholder of Garage Beer, alongside existing owners and operators Travis and Jason Kelce and Andy Sauer. In addition, Bill Hackett, former Chairman & President of Constellation Brands’ Beer Division, Rich Pascucci, former Chief Growth Officer of Pabst Blue Ribbon, and Rhodes McKee, Chairman & Managing Partner of MavenHill Capital & ReynardMcKee, will join Garage Beer’s Board of Directors.
