And new Scratch Beer alert! We’re continuing our exploration of easy-drinking lagers with #525 Dunkel Lager. This take on the classic style starts with a roasty mix of Munich, Chocolate and Melanoidin malts. Northern Brewer and Tradition hops add the German lager’s classic floral and dried spice notes. And our house lager yeast puts the finishing touches on another crisp beer that walks the line between pilsner and bock.

In the past 25 years, Tröegs has grown from two brothers to 250 people, but we’re still very much a family business. Because we stay true to our core values of independence and family ownership, we’ve kept the small-brewery DNA we all hold dear.
