Here’s your first look at the limited release keg packaging for the new Anchor Brewing Brekle’s Brown. The new brew will be an all-malt single-hop brown ale that will be released this Thursday at selected locations as part of San Francisco beer week. The brew is named after Brewmaster Gottlieb Brekle (1871-1888), a German immigrant purported to be the very first brewmaster of what would ultimately become Anchor Brewing.
