This beer was brewed to celebrate the graduation of White Birch’s 3rd brewing apprentice Adam Romanow and will be released in 5-gallon kegs and 22oz bottles. The brew is a 100-bottle batch American Black Ale that comes in at 9% ABV. NYX is named after the “mythological Greek Goddess of night” and will be released on April 12th at the brewery’s open house event.
