Never a dull moment at White Birch Brewing (Hooksett, NH) and today we have their Oak Aged Pilot Series #63 Ale. This one does list a bottling date in 2010 and that this is somehow bottle 1 of 1? The 22oz brew will be 9% ABV and according to the label copy, this brew was created to see what they could create by focusing on Maris Otter as a base malt. The label even asks us to let them know if we enjoy the brew. “If so we might make it a regular offering.”
