Back in late April we brought you the regular Eataly Pale Ale from Dogfish Head….so today it’s exciting to see Eataly Thyme Pale Ale a second brew to support the La Birreria roof-top brew pub Sam Calagione, is creating with Mario Batali, Brook Carretta & two Italian Brewmasters (Teo Musso & Leonardo Di Vincenzo), in NY City. Word is that there are three original brews and unless my math is wrong, so far we’ve brought you the first two.
