South County Brewing–Another New PA Brewery Joins Us!

South County Brewing – AmericAle…here’s a new package approval for a new brewery in Fawn Grove, Southern York County, PA (104 Mill St).  Looks like they’re close to opening the doors….at least according to their Facebook Page.  Looks like their PLCB approval came through in late April 2011 and they planned to have “wort in the kettle” by mid-May.  They built out their own 4000 sq. ft. brewing facility & taproom and will be using a 14bbl fermenter for now….AmericAle looks to be a dry-hopped Amber Ale in 22oz bottles and come in at 6.3% ABV…so stay tuned for the latest details.
