Today we have a few new interesting labels…
Uinta Hyve: Another great brew coming out of Uinta Brewing (Four + Brewing Co Salt Lake City, UT). This Honey Ale will be packaged in 12oz bottles and use all organic honey.
Stillwater Artisanal Mekong’s Phoson: Looks like this Ale brewed with natural flavors will come in at 6.4% ABV…and this from Stillwater:
A crazy beer made for a crazy place run by a lovingly crazy man by the name of An Mekong. While first debuting Stillwater in the state of VA, An graciously provided me with king size portions of excellent Vietnamese food. While enjoying the huge bowl of Pho, An commented "watch, Brian will make a beer that’s tastes like Pho!" Well, I accepted the challenge.. Happy 16th Anniversary Mekong!
