It’s a day of humorous label approvals…and up first from our friends at Rogue Brewery is Good Chit Pilsner from their Chatoe series. This 22oz 13-degree plato brew uses Liberty Hops & Rogues floor-malted barley. “Chit refers to the start of the rootlets that emerge from the embryo of the kernel once steeping is complete & germination begins.”
