Here’s something to be thankful for…Southern Tier Brewing Imperial Matador Weizenbock. Am I the only one pleasantly surprised to see this new brew from our friend Phin Demink? This new 22oz package will come in at 8% ABV and be released during the traditional bock season…and what a cool way to feature the goat doing it’s best bull impression with the matador’s red cape (reminiscent of the ruby-colored brew). Look for the unusual Merkur & Sapir hops for this bock lager and a early spring release date.
