m excited to report that Sixpoint Brewing has hired Jan Matysiak, a graduate of the Weihenstephan Institute in Freising, Germany as their new Brewmaster. Jan comes to Sixpoint after brewing for Live Oak brewing so it should be exciting to see what’s Shane Welch & Jan have up their sleeves. More details here from Cathy Erway:
