For those following along, Dogfish Head is seeking rezoning of a 40-acre plot in Milton, DE from residential to light-commercial (i.e. warehouse space.) The decision on this matter will be made by the zoning board on Jan 9th, however the local Cape Gazette news is running an on-line poll.
