Blue Mountain Barrel House and Organic Brewery, a 10,000-square-foot production-only facility on Cooperative Way, started brewing its first line of beers April 3, just a few days after construction was completed, said owner Taylor Smack.
The facility will package beer in cans, draft and 750-milliliter bottles, which are the same size as a champagne or wine bottle. Full story HERE.
