Washington DC Looking to UP The Single-Beer Ban

This should be an interesting story to follow. Following a single-beer ban by DC Council, distributors responded with 2-pack ^ 3-pack beer packaging to beat the ban…well not this new packaging is under fire. This from the HuffingtonPost:
In February 2009, the D.C. Council prohibited stores in the Ward 6 section of Washington — an area that stretches from around the U.S. Capitol to the Anacostia River — from selling single beers without the permission of local alcohol regulators. Several other neighborhoods had already adopted the policy.
Beer distributors immediately responded by offering two-packs and three-packs. Now a local neighborhood council wants stores to stop selling those, too.
