The Bruery – Hottenroth Returns & New Tasting Room Details

Our first week in the new tasting room is in the books and, although we are still working out some of the kinks, we have been excited to share our new space with you. We finally got all of our supplies in to do some special flights, tapped a First Firkin and enjoyed seeing smiling faces during the week for the first time. This week we will be continuing the fun, starting the the release of an old classic– Hottenroth.

Hottenroth, a 3.1% ABV Berliner-style tart wheat ale, is back after an extended stay off of our tap list. Lactobacillus and brettanomyces work in tandem to create this deliciously low-abv sour summer session beer that won a silver medal at last years Great American Beer Festival as well as at this year’s World Beer Cup. If you love your Hottenroth with a dash of sweetness, we are also all stocked up on woodruff and raspberry syrups.  Bottles and growlers are both available to take home today.

This Sunday we will be opening up late — at 3:30 PM– so we can host a Reserve Society only event in our new space. Please excuse us for the inconvenience!
