I was excited to see Midnight Sun Obliteration IX (here)…and now today we have Operation Hay. The label is the same, it’s a 22oz bottle also but this one is 7.8% ABV and it uses Falconers light hops. This is part of Midnight Sun’s series of experimental “hop-driven” beers so stay tuned for more.
