The Bruery – Trade Winds Release 4/5

Trade Winds Release: This Friday we will be releasing our summer seasonal — Trade Winds. That 8% tripel is our version of Belgian-style golden ale, but with a Southeast Asian twist. Instead of using a candi sugar — which would be typical for a tripel — we use rice in the mash to lighten the body and increase the gravity, then we spice it up with tons of Thai Basil. The result is an aromatic, digestible and complex beer perfect for our recent spat of warm days. Bottles, draft and growlers will all of on sale this Friday!
