The Bruery – Humulus Palm Coming 4/19

From The Bruery:

1. Humulus Palm: We have recently let our brewers run wild in the brewery to create some of their own recipes on our brewhouse — Katz’s Grandma’s Cookies and Grant is Pale are two previous beers that have come out of that program. This time around we let one of our oldest employees — and current brewer — Rich Ruelle take a crack at brewing his own recipe, and it’s a doozy. The result is Humulus Palm — an 8.3% ABV hoppy ale spiked with tons of coconut for a huge tropical hop blast that is going to be perfect going into the summer months. We’ll be tapping that beer on Friday when we open!
