We are currently developing a Belgian-style IPA that we want to release in our Bond Street Series next summer. We’ve dabbled with this style in the past but are looking forward to dialing it in and adding our twist to the style. We also brewed a Hefeweizen a few years back and went so far as to bottle a small amount and send out to some of our friends in the beer industry and beer media. They were underwhelmed, so we continued on our journey of experimentation. That’s the beauty of brewing beer.
