Fortnight Brewing To Open In Cary, NC

Much of the 24,000-square-foot brewery is dedicated to massive vats that not only will allow the brewery to crank out 1,000 gallons of one recipe, but also will allow the brewer to start a new batch when the first one is halfway done. Huge steel containers and pipes gleam under tall ceilings on thick concrete floors, with pipes neatly snaking around them. 

Arnold has partners — David Wilkinson, Mo Mercado, David Gardner, Will Grezcyn and Bob Greczyn. The last name should sound familiar to you — Bob Greczyn is the former CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina who now heads Raleigh Liposcience Inc. (Nasdaq: LPDX) as the firm’s interim leader.
