Flying Dog replaced four 100-barrel fermentation tanks with four new 250-barrel tanks, increasing our overall fermentation capacity by 10 percent.
These bad boys were lifted by a crane and dropped into our fermentation hall through the roof. No big deal, just 16 tons of stainless steel coming through the air.
