Stone Quingenti Millilitre No 7 – Winter Harvest

We brought you a peek at this beer when Stone actually published a photo with a different name, “Last Harvest.”  Today you get your very first look at the final release in the Quingenti Millilitre 2014 Series with it’s correct name…Winter Harvest.  This beer is a Belgian-Style Golden Ale that is aged for 27 months in Sonoma Country Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay white wine barrels with Stone Farms merlot grapes.  Winter Harvest will use Pilsner malt, candi sugar and Hallertau & magnum hops.  Look for this beer to be packaged in 500ml bottles and the beer come sin at 11.3% ABV and 36 IBU.  This will be a 2014 release coming out on 12/22.
