This is Virgil’s Reserve and it comes to us from Grist Brewing Co in Highlands Ranch, CO. This beer is a Belgian-style ale that begins life as Grist Brewing’s 3rd Ring Belgian Ale and it was naturally soured in wine barrels. Look for Virgil’s Reserve in 22oz bottles and the beer comes in at 21 IBU and 10.5% ABV.
