I’m excited to bring you the anniversary edition of this classic Allagash beer.  This is 10th Anniversary Interlude and it is an al age din red wine barrels with brettanomyces.  Two yeast strains are use in this brew (Saison yeast and brettanomyces) and this 2015 release is packaged in a limited run of 1500 magnums (1.5-liter bottles).  10th Anniversary Interlude comes in at a fitting 10%-AbV.  Stay tuned for release details.
