Today, Monday, October 12th, we are adding another flavor to our collection of Beatitude bottles available in the tasting room. Passion Fruit will be joining, Blueberry, Three Berry, Raspberry and Mango Beatitude, all available in 750 ML bottles for $12 each. This variant is noticeably more tart than others with a very tropical, yet sour burst of flavor.
Tasting Room Hours
Monday-Wednesday 2pm-9pm
Thursday 2pm-10pm
Friday-Saturday 11am-10pm
Sunday CLOSED

Topic: Blending Cold Brew Coffee with Beer
As brewers continue to search for exciting flavors and quality ingredients for their beers, collaborations are emerging between coffee roasters and breweries. Mostra Coffee has only been open for two short years, but is quickly becoming the local experts on specialty roasts for integrating with beers. Head Roaster, Mike Arquines, has worked with breweries such as Stone and Alesmith, and is offering to share his expertise at our Beer Education Night, this Wednesday.
Along with Jeff Crane, Barrel Program Director at Council Brewing, the two will discuss the unique flavors of 3 single origin coffees alongside 3 coffee infused beers and the how each integrate with the beer style. Including some tips for making cold brew and coffee beers at home.
