Riserva is an American Wild Ale fermented on red raspberries. This beer is aged for more than a year in oak barrels with raspberries, giving it a pungent raspberry aroma, a lovely red color and a balancing wood character.
New barrels are rotated into the mix as old barrels are rotated out and because of this, Riserva varies somewhat in color and tartness from year to year.
Riserva will be available at The Tap Room on Thursday, December 17th, beginning at noon! Riserva will also be available throughout our distribution area in limited quantities.

Brewing of the 2nd installment of our revolving small batch series, Double IPA, has commenced!
This batch features Waimea, Wai-iti and Galaxy hops. Look for it in bars and restaurants, as well as on shelves in select markets of our distribution area beginning in January 2016!
